What’s Included

• 2 New York Strips – Bold, classic steakhouse flavor; perfect for grilling or pan-searing.
• 1 lb Round Steak – Lean and versatile; great for chicken-fried steak, stir fry, or braising.
• 1 Chuck Roast – Rich and hearty; ideal for pot roast, slow cookers, or shredded beef.
• 3 lbs Ground Beef – Wagyu ground beef; perfect for tacos, pasta sauces, casseroles, and burgers.
• 8 - 1/3 lb Patties – Juicy and flavorful; great for burgers, smash burgers, or cookouts.
• 2 lbs Fajita Meat – Perfect for fajitas, tacos, bowls, or quick skillet meals.

All of our beef is USDA certified. 

*Orders that have to be shipped will be shipped the Tuesday following. This is due to our dry ice supplier's availability. For example, an order placed on 1/15/26 (Thursday), will be shipped on 1/20/26 (Tuesday). In the event that an order is place on a Monday, it could be shipped the next day if dry ice is available, if not it will be shipped the next week. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. We hope to have a better solution in the near future.
