All of our beef is USDA certified. 

*Orders that have to be shipped will be shipped the Tuesday following. This is due to our dry ice supplier's availability. For example, an order placed on 1/15/26 (Thursday), will be shipped on 1/20/26 (Tuesday). In the event that an order is place on Friday-Monday, the box would ship the next week. For example, an order placed on 1/16/26 (Friday), would be shipped on 1/27/26 (Tuesday). We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause. We hope to have a better solution in the near future.
